Shipping Locations

We offer delivery to all pin codes within India. Please note that, at the moment, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order is confirmed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details about your purchase and delivery information.

Delivery Timeframe

Our standard delivery time is between 3-8 business days, depending on your location. We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the order, our delivery partner will make up to two more attempts to complete the delivery. If all delivery attempts fail, your product will be returned to our warehouse. You may request a re-delivery, subject to additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In case your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package, along with photographic proof of the damage. If your shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the courier partner to investigate and either send a replacement or offer a refund, depending on the outcome.

Product-Specific Restrictions

Some items, such as larger furniture pieces or fragile products, may have special delivery requirements. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page, so you are fully aware of any restrictions.
